This Irish Single Pot Still whiskey is initially matured in a combination of American and European oak barrels for 9 to 12 years, then finished for one additional year in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from the renowned Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. The result is a rich, creamy whiskey with vibrant fruit and spice notes, showcasing the perfect balance between pot still character and sherry cask influence.
