REDBREAST 15 Year Old is a distinguished Irish whiskey originally released as a limited edition for La Maison du Whisky in Paris. It has since become a permanent member of the Redbreast range. Crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, this Single Pot Still whiskey is triple distilled and aged in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. The additional ageing gives it a smoother, richer profile compared to its 12-year-old sibling. Non-chill filtered and exceptionally balanced, it offers a luxurious experience that reflects the finest in Irish whiskey tradition.
