Ichiro's Malt & Grain is a superb Japanese blended whisky created by Ichiro Akuto, founder of the Chichibu distillery and renowned independent bottler of legendary whiskies such as Hanyu and Kawasaki. This expression combines malt and grain whiskies from his own stocks—possibly including Hanyu, Chichibu, and other Japanese or even international distilleries. The label boldly proclaims: “This is World Blended Whisky.” Bottled at 46.5% ABV and non-chill filtered, it is a rich and characterful whisky, full of layers to explore.
