The Producer

Origin & Production
The "Terres Blanches" parcel in Gevrey-Chambertin lies on limestone-rich slopes that promote optimal grape ripening and mineral elegance. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration, followed by aging in French oak barrels—some new—to develop structure and finesse.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Intense, deep ruby hue indicating richness.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red berries, spice, underbrush, and delicate floral hints.
Palate: Broad, elegant attack with fine, silky tannins. A long, balanced finish that combines power and precision.
Serving
Serve at 16–18 °C. Decant 30 minutes before serving for optimal aromatic expression.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as duck breast with cherry reduction, roasted pigeon, venison with juniper, truffle risotto, or wild mushroom tart. Also excellent with aged cheeses like Comté, Époisses, or Tomme de Savoie.
