From south and southeast-facing slopes in Cheilly-les-Maranges, this Premier Cru benefits from optimal sun exposure and clay-limestone soils that lend the wine its freshness and finesse. After manual harvest and traditional vinification, it matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, one-third of which are new, gaining elegant complexity and structure.
The wine presents a brilliant ruby-red color tinged with raspberry highlights. The expressive nose reveals bright red fruit aromas—raspberry, blackcurrant, and red currant—lifted by a delicate hint of spice. The palate is fresh and lively, with silky tannins and subtle peppery notes, leading to a clean, persistent finish.
