Crafted from 50-year-old vines rooted in deep granitic soils known as “gore,” this cuvée embodies purity, finesse, and generosity. Harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified semi-carbonically in open concrete vats, the wine achieves a remarkable balance between ripe fruit and delicate structure. After a gentle maceration of 10–15 days, it ages for 10 months in a combination of concrete tanks, stainless steel, and seasoned oak barrels to preserve its vibrant character.
Bright aromas of raspberry, cherry, and peony introduce a palate that is crunchy, silky, and long. The finish is fresh and graceful, revealing a subtle peppery note that speaks to the granitic terroir and traditional Beaujolais craftsmanship.
