An Aromatic and Structured Brut Rosé Champagne

Founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, a visionary wine merchant who swiftly established the estate as a reference among European courts, the Champagne House of Moët & Chandon embodies centuries of excellence. A few decades later, his grandson Jean-Rémy Moët extended the House’s renown internationally, creating the emblematic Moët Impérial cuvée in honor of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Legend has it that Napoleon himself, during one of his visits, inspired the tradition of sabering Moët & Chandon bottles to celebrate victory. Since 1987, as part of the LVMH group, Moët & Chandon has continued to craft singular cuvées from a meticulous selection of Champagne terroirs, praised worldwide for their quality and seductive personality.

This Brut Rosé cuvée is composed of Pinot Noir (40–50%), Pinot Meunier (30–40%), and Chardonnay (10–20%). The dosage is set at 7 g/L, preserving the wine’s balance between freshness and depth.

Tasting Notes

Color  
Radiant, the robe displays a luminous pink hue with dominant red tones and subtle copper or violet highlights, animated by fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose  
Expressive and enticing, the bouquet exudes vibrant notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, and redcurrant, complemented by floral hints of rose and hawthorn and lifted by a delicate spicy touch of pepper.

Palate  
On the palate, this Rosé is round and fleshy, revealing an ample, structured texture. Fresh red berry notes unfold alongside subtle vegetal accents of mint. The attack is lively and refreshing, developing into a supple, elegant finish underlined by a delicate mineral nuance, striking a perfect balance between generosity and finesse.
