Built in the early 19th century by John-Lewis Brown, this estate is renowned for its unique Tudor-style château and exceptional terroir. In 2019, Cantenac Brown began a new chapter under the ownership of the Le Lous family, who have invested extensively to elevate quality both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Today, the estate is celebrated for producing Margaux wines of remarkable balance and one of the best value propositions in the appellation.
This vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (68%) and Merlot (32%), aged for 12–15 months in French oak barrels (60% new). The result is a wine of great nobility, natural poise, and impressive harmony, with vibrant freshness and beautifully integrated, creamy tannins enveloped in generous fruit.
